It is not always practical to photograph raptors in their natural setting and photographing birds in flight does, in any case, present a number of challenges to photographers. 

Imperial can now provide photography workshops with fantastic wildlife photographer: Robin Lowry. 

Our workshops are either outside or in a studio setting, depending on the workshop you are attending.

Experience required- Open to all beginners, enthusiasts or aspiring professionals

Recommended equipment:

• DSLR/SLR camera
• Ideally a 70-200mm or 70-300mm lens and a short lens as we will get close to the birds
• Spare batteries
• Sufficient memory cards for 1 days shooting
• Monopod or tripod - although not essential

Our photographic days are provided as either one-to-one workshops for individual photographers or to small groups. Studio workshops are always on a one to one basis.
