Our Zoo keeper experience gets you behind the
scenes of our Imperial zoo, including our nocturnal animal house, reptile house and bird of prey centre!
Spend the day with a zoo keeper and get to see all
the aspects of taking care of our magnificent animals!
When you first arrive at the centre you will be met
by our experienced animal keeper who will complete a brief talk as to what the day will include.
You will then have the chance to feed a few different
species of animals, take care of their general husbandry, make some enrichment for the animals to play with, handle some of our exotic animals as well as fly a bird of prey!
Lunch at Tip Tree Tea Rooms at Barleylands will be
covered under this experience for the price of up to £15.
For an extra £15 you can receive a zoo keeper
package which includes:
-A certificate of the
experience
-Feather of a bird of prey
-Guest Fee to use for a future
experience
-Photo of one of our zoo animals
- Zip lock bag
And you will receive full access to our
bird of prey centre and exotic animal house for the rest of the day for FREE!
The age limit: 16+
This experience is not suitable for any
